Waldon Studio Architects Launches Healthcare Practice Group and Hires Patrick Schultz as Principal, Healthcare Practice Leader

Waldon Studio Architects is pleased to announce that it has launched a Healthcare Practice Group and has hired Patrick Schultz, AIA, EDAC, LEED AP as Principal, to lead the Group.

From the desire to create spaces that deepen human enrichment, healing, and restoration, WSA has enjoyed success to date in healthcare project collaborations, which has led to the launch of a dedicated Healthcare Practice Group for both Public and Private sectors.

Schultz has nearly 30 years in the healthcare design industry and understands strategic facility responses emerging from national healthcare market trends to improve operational efficiencies, patient care experiences and brand. He has worked with Kaiser Permanente, Inova, MedStar, Valley Health and Adventist Health Systems; academic medical centers that include Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Virginia, Duke University, Wake Forest University, Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School; federal government agencies that include the National Institutes of Health and Veterans Affairs. Schultz received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture.
