WSA has extensive educational experience creating flexible, collaborative learning environments that employ best practices in design for 21st century learning (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication).  Whether we’re working on feasibility studies, renovations, or new construction, we help schools implement standards consistently and deliver environments best suited for learning and student engagement.

Having worked with nearly 80 public schools and 16 private schools throughout the Maryland and DC region, WSA has helped school systems maintain standards and ensure consistency of systemic renovations. We have experience with multi-layered security and have managed safety and security upgrades at nearly 30 schools. Our professionals have designed innovative learning environments that include STEM labs, dental and physical therapy labs, micro-farm and agro-culinary environments, as well as maker spaces.
