Federal and Municipal Government Projects

WSA works with a wide variety of federal, state, and local government agencies to design for renovation, new construction, and historic preservation projects. Our experience includes specialty projects requiring detailed analysis and coordination, such as emergency operations centers, high containment laboratories, cold storage facilities, historic preservation, and building envelope evaluation and/or replacement, among others.

We maintain appropriate clearances for most agencies and have IDIQ, on-call, and design-build government experience domestically and abroad. WSA is a certified minority-owned business and experienced with contract vehicles at the federal level as well as with local jurisdictional requirements and processes. And we consistently receive top ratings for both Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) and Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System Scores.
