After Mr. Waldon designed the master plan and Phase 1 Construction for Central Presbyterian Church, WSA was approached to provide the Phase 2 design for a new 17,000sf Narthex, and two-story Classroom, Day Care, and Administrative wing. The new facility was designed to be compatible with the existing building and Tudor-style aesthetic. The blend of traditional and contemporary interiors accommodates a wide range of ages and worship styles. The unique sanctuary truss design draws the eye upwards towards the clerestory windows and natural light during services. Located along a busy road, the new addition includes abundant glass and illumination, to reflect the activity and warmth of the congregation.
