Restoration Praise Center

Restoration Praise Center contacted Waldon Studio Architects for the design of a new multipurpose worship and activity center in Bowie, Maryland. The church acquired a site, with significant topographic and building pad area constraints, that had previously undergone the initial design efforts of another church. WSA was able to work with the previous design concept for the site, saving the church significant cost and site plan regulatory review time. The new facility is a 24,000 sf, pre-engineered building with a colorful palette reflecting the joyful nature of “restoration” and “praise”. The building includes a 750-seat multipurpose worship space and gymnasium, classrooms, kitchen, administrative offices, and lobby.
