Vintage Church

Vintage Church contacted the Design-Build team of WSA and Kent Design Build to provide a creative building renovation and expansion that matched their engaging and inviting style of their worship and culture. Vintage envisioned more intentional and relational space for families, friends, and children to connect. The design, including 3,900 SF of expansion and 5,600 SF of renovation, consisting of a new 300-seat auditorium, large connect center and coffee bar, renovated children’s area with electronic check-in, and new entrance with front façade. The modern, industrial style expansion is a pre-engineered building structure with conventional metal stud framing, and a standing seam roof. The front façade consists of impact resistant storefront glass and architectural concealed fastener metal panels. The interior includes polished concrete floors, carpet tile, solid surface countertops, solid core wood doors, exposed ceilings, and LED light fixtures.
