Belmont Manor

The design team partnered with Howard County on several projects at the Belmont Manor and Estate. The initial project was a complete rehabilitation of the Manor House, with the purpose of turning it into a wedding venue. This work extended to the out buildings, including the pool house. The design team worked with Howard County to complete a Master Plan in 2015 which will guide the future of the Estate as a whole. The team is guiding the implementation of the Master Plan, providing open ended phased services as needed.
