NIH Children’s Inn at Woodmont

This interior renovation project converted an existing three story single family residence into a temporary residence for children and their families receiving long term treatment at the National Institutes of Health and Human Services. The NIH facility provides handicapped accessible private bedroom suites for the families while providing common facilities for dining and recreation. WSA provided all architectural, mechanical, electrical renovation design to the facility to adapt it to the proposed use as well as selection of all finishes and furniture.
